Signing in
Your site runs on the Chek Digital Engine, so the steps below assume the standard configuration we hand over at launch. If anything on screen differs from what you see here, that usually means a custom workflow is in place — check with your account lead before changing settings.
Resetting a password
Use the “Lost your password?” link on the login screen. The reset email arrives within a minute or two; check spam before requesting a second one, since each request invalidates the previous link.
Two-factor authentication
Accounts with publishing rights require a second factor. We enrol these at launch, and you can re-enrol a lost device from your profile screen.
