We schedule a kickoff call, introduce the team working on your account, set up your project space, and collect the access we need to get moving. The details are in Your first 30 days.
What should you have ready?
- A single point of contact on your side who can answer questions and approve work
- The goals you want this engagement to move — in your words, not ours
- Logins or admin access for your website, hosting, domain, and analytics (see Accounts and access we’ll ask you for)
