Work starts as a brief — what you want and why. We turn that into a scoped, estimated plan, and nothing is built until you’ve approved it. Small requests inside an existing scope skip the ceremony and just get scheduled.
How does work move?

How do deadlines work?
Dates are set when work is scoped, not guessed at later. If something threatens a date, you hear about it when we do — early, with options — not at the deadline.
