Where do conversations happen?
Email for decisions and anything you’ll want a record of. [CONFIRM: whether retainer clients get a shared Slack channel] Meetings are for direction, not status — status you should be able to see without asking.
Do you need an account?
No — email is enough. Anything else is optional and we’ll set it up with you if it earns its place.
