How do you share credentials safely?
Never email a password. Share access by inviting us as a user where the platform supports it; where it doesn’t, use a password manager’s secure sharing. [CONFIRM: credential-sharing tool we ask clients to use]
Do you need accounts with our tools?
Mostly no — our tooling is ours to run. The exceptions are listed per activity in Tools We Use.
